Privacy policy
Short version: the only thing this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to answer you, we keep it for 24 months, and there are no cookies or trackers anywhere on it.

What this policy covers
This policy covers www.carecapitalsolutions.com and the enquiry form on it. It is about the information you give us when you contact us about our services, or that is collected automatically when you visit the site.
It does not cover patient information. When we work for a practice, protected health information is handled under the services agreement and the Business Associate Agreement signed with that practice, not under this policy. Those documents govern, and they are more specific than this page.
What we collect
There are only two ways this site collects anything.
What you type into the enquiry form
- First and last name, and your email address. These are required, because without them we cannot answer you.
- Phone number, organization name and the service you are asking about. All optional.
- Whatever you write in the message field.
What is recorded automatically
- Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests to the site. These include IP address, the page requested, the time, and browser user-agent.
- The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Loading a page reveals your IP address to Google as a consequence. Everything else on the site, including the header video, is served from our own domain.
What we use it for
Enquiry information is used to answer your enquiry, and to follow up on the conversation it starts. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last time we were in contact with you, and then deleted. If you become a client, records are kept for the term of the services agreement and for the period that agreement and applicable law require, which is longer and is set out there rather than here.
We have given you an actual period rather than saying we keep information for as long as necessary. Most companies in this industry say the latter. It is not a useful thing to be told.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See below.
Please do not send patient information
The enquiry form is not a secure channel and is not intended for protected health information. Do not put patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim details or anything else identifying a patient into it.
If you need to send us something containing patient information, call us on +1 (609) 237-1894 and we will arrange a way to do it properly.
Your choices
Write to info@carecapitalsolutions.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you why.
Some US states give residents formal rights along these lines. We are a small company and are most likely below the thresholds at which those laws apply to us, but we would rather just do this for anyone who asks than argue about whether we have to.
Security
Enquiry data sits in Google Workspace, protected by account access controls and multi-factor authentication. The site is served over HTTPS.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise. What we can tell you is what we hold, where it sits and how long it stays, which is above.
Children
This site sells services to medical practices. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. We will not make a change quietly and leave the date alone.

A person reads this address, not a ticketing system.
